1. Who we are
PrintDesk is provided by TurnKey I.T Solutions (company number 08641814), registered office: 3 Pegasus House, Pegasus Court, Olympus Avenue, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6LW. We are the data controller for this website and for PrintDesk customer accounts. Contact: sales@turnkeyit.co.uk.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries: if you use the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email, phone number and message, so we can respond. Enquiry emails are delivered via Postmark.
- Customer accounts: if your business subscribes to PrintDesk, we hold the account details of the users you add (name, email, login).
- Your customers' data: data you enter into PrintDesk about your own customers is processed by us on your behalf, on your instructions, solely to provide the service.
- Website analytics: we use a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information and does not track you across other websites.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide demos (legitimate interest).
- To provide, support and bill the PrintDesk service (performance of a contract).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (legitimate interest, anonymous).
We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run PrintDesk: our UK hosting provider, Postmark (email delivery) and — for subscribing customers — the Stripe and Xero accounts you connect yourself. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Customer account data: for the life of the subscription, then deleted within 90 days of the agreement ending (an export is provided on request first).
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any right, email sales@turnkeyit.co.uk.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we'll publish the new version here with an updated date.
