Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
PrintDesk is provided by TurnKey I.T Solutions (company number 08641814), registered office: 3 Pegasus House, Pegasus Court, Olympus Avenue, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6LW ("we", "us"). You can contact us at sales@turnkeyit.co.uk.
2. The service
PrintDesk is a fully hosted order-management platform for print businesses, covering quotes, artwork approval, payments, Xero invoicing and production tracking. We host, maintain and support the service — there is nothing for you to install.
3. Subscription and payment
- The subscription is £39.99 + VAT per month, based on a 12-month agreement. After the initial 12 months, it continues monthly unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- Fees are payable monthly in advance. We may change pricing with at least 60 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.
- Setup, configuration, training, hosting, backups, updates and support are included in the subscription.
4. Your account and acceptable use
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the actions of users you add.
- You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that disrupts the service for others.
- You confirm that content you upload (artwork, customer data) does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. Your data
- Your business data — customers, quotes, orders, artwork and history — belongs to you.
- We back your data up automatically every night.
- If the agreement ends, we will provide an export of your data on request and then delete it from our systems within 90 days.
- How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Payments, accounting and email delivery are provided through your own Stripe, Xero and connected email accounts. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or acts.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be carried out at considerate times where possible. Support is available by email during UK business hours.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business interruption.
9. Termination
Either party may end the agreement immediately if the other commits a material breach that isn't remedied within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend the service if fees are more than 14 days overdue, after warning you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will give you reasonable notice of material changes. The latest version always applies and is published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
