The shop

PJT Print is a commercial printing firm based in Weston-super-Mare, producing print for businesses across Somerset and beyond. Like most independent print shops, a small team handles everything: quoting, artwork, the presses, finishing, deliveries and the books.

The problem: the job lived everywhere

• Production runs on the live board: print, lamination, cutting & finishing, sign-off and delivery, with QR job tickets on the shop floor and the TV board keeping the whole team on the same page.
